Unanswered Questions

In a regular day to day activities of our life or career, we may have come across several questiosn that are unanswered by  anyone. We cant find a solution for certain problems even when searched in GOOGLE. We come across certain  critical situations to handle for which there will be always two mutually exclusive solutions are available!!!

One simple situation is how to react when any of our collegue accuses against what we have not done. One saying is that in a corporate professional world, there is no place for emotions or reactions. One solution suggests us to keep quite for any blames and let the accuser know the reality. But if we keep quite people think its our mistake so we kept silent. If we argue to prove the real truth, people say we are impatient and in more worst situation they may say we are trying to defend ourself. If the other side refuses to listen our version, that makes the situation most worst than ever.

Any way we choose is dangerous in such situations. Whatever the way we choose to handle the situation, ultimately those scenarios hurts us much. I guess such situations are most faced by female employees as compared to male employees. Because any superior either male or female will give a chance to explain their version if the accused is a male person. When it comes to females, i dont know why immediately the tone and pitch of  the voice changes. There are very rare situations where any superior may in angry but still complain in lesser tone that regular voice.

A superior/team lead, either male or female can be good leader only when he/she thinks that they have to rectify the mistakes; But if they think other persons are doing a big mistake and they have identif ied it or they have catched the wrong, automatically the way of communiction changes to as if they have caught the thief after long time. And the the person who is accused will be held hanging before all the remaining team members.

Internally for people who are caught by their superiors in such scenarios, will behave ina  disagreement mood for all further situations that arise between them and their superiors.

This is all my analysis. This may vary on the situations and times. From my personal experience what i come across i wanted to share with you all.

Comments and sugestions are most welcome.

I agree with you that both the ways to handle the accuse are dangerous. But, we have to handle in one way instead of getting hurt in both ways.

One thing I may not agree with you is about discrimination of male/female when it comes to accuse. They accuse anyone. Only difference is that most of male employees takes way of arguing back if it is not their mistake where as females generally takes it as it comes. This gives chance to the Team Lead to accuse this person again easily.
