When we SHARE

I have studied in school in our small town where i learnt to share things, to play games, to fight with friends and i also learnt to ask co-students if i need any help from them.

We all may have distributed chacolates at one year or other on our birthdays. We also had shared sweets that are distributed on the occasion of Independence day, Gandhi Jayanthi and  Republic day.

We may have played many indoor games at school like as I played Kabaddi, Arrow target game, Thokkudu billa. When i got stuck or got any injuries, we use to cry, get badaged and play once again in the ground.

When we have any disagreemtns with friends we used to fight with them. We used to question directly. We use to complain to leaders.

And at time of exams, we used to take help of otehr students to solve any Mathematical problems or equations in chemistry.

Anytime, we used to be so as we are. No inhibitions at any time. If any student behaves arrogantly we used to bravely stand before the and able to say that we will make complaint about their behavior to the master.

We used to share many personal things with classamtes. Our very valuable sharpeners, erasers, extra pencil withus , scale etc.,  At more higher level, we also share calculators, instrument box blah blah...and ta more higher level, we shared even answer sheets in examination room. We are in a mutual understadnign that we all are the oen and the same fighting for exams and future.

When we got into jobs, what changed people to stop sharing, stop asking, stop talkign to each other, stop helping!!! Here also we are all one and the same. Fighting for LIFE. The most important than any exam we had written. But we fear to ask any help. Asking help instead is treated as doing any illegal thing.

In playing games, if any of our friend fell down to earth, get injured then everryone in school surrond the person who is injured adn show our sorrow towards her/him. We make the person to feel better and to be brave enough to get back to the game.

But in our jobs, if anyone does any mistake, we all surrond him not to hlep him out but to punish him.  We never share our excellence. We never share our goodness. We never share our kindness. And we never share our love towards mankind. We are behaving worst than any animals. We never correct any collegue to make him/her improve professionally or technically!!! We always stand to celebrate partys of the company, but not ups and downs of our collegue.

We say we are professinal but we never have feelings and emotions to react for other person's tensions or sorrows.  Machines are so better as when they get heated enough they stop working and take rest. Where are these professional personalities gonig towards??? Is this a symbolic representation of personality disorder!!!

SHARING is the basic thing for a person that should give utmost happiness to self and not any pain in heart when shared. If its not happening then its a personality  disorder.

Everyone feel as if they are the great person in office/team than anyone else. These people always try to find some fault in other team members to prove themselves as best. This is termed as "Narcissistic Personality Disorder ".

Here is the  link to get more understanding on these people:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Narcissistic_personality_disorder

thats why things we shared at our childhood became sweet memories while the situations we are in now in our offices have became worst situations which making us to share like sorrows in life and ;aways think to forget for tomorow.
